A cold plunge with clean water directly outside of the sauna.

There are 4 windows and a door if you and your company want to cool it down to any temperature you prefer.
A peaceful, private natural setting to slow down, relax, and reconnect with nature.
The Potential Benefits of Hot Sauna and Cold Plunging:
Relaxation: Warmth and cold alternations can help ease tension and promote a sense of calm
Muscle Rejuvenation: Heat and cold plunging can help relieve muscle tension and soreness
Circulation: Temperature alternating causes blood vessels to expand and constrict, creating an increase in circulation
Stress Relief: The warmth of the sauna encourages relaxation, while the invigorating cold provides a mental reset
Mental Alertness and Energy: cold-water immersion stimulates the nervous system and can leave you more energized.
How long should you stay in:
Make the experience your own. If you are new to sauna, start with just 5-10 minutes at a time and see how your body responds. Experienced suana users may enjoy longer sessions, but there is no need to push your limits. You can alternate between the warmth of the sauna and a refreshing cool down outside or in the cold plunge.
Rest, HYDRATE, and repeat only if you are comfortable.
Listen to your body. Step out immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseated, weak, or uncomfortable.
You never need to stay in longer than feels right to you.
What to Bring:
Two towels, one to sit on and one to dry off.
Plenty of water in a water bottle for staying hydrated. Very important! No alcohol allowed.
A swimsuit if desired.
A robe or warm layers for cooling down between sessions.
Sandals or water shoes for when outside. Please no dirty/muddy feet inside the sauna.
A change of dry clothes.
*Come comfortable and ready to relax. Leave your distractions behind! Phones do not tolerate the heat or water.
